Founded with a deep commitment to compassion and care, our journey began with personal experiences that shaped our ethos. Our owner, Leeann, developed a passion for the care industry from a young age while assisting her father, who used a wheelchair. This early involvement instilled in her the values of family and empathy that guide our services today.
Deputy Manager
Similarly, our Deputy Manager, Chloe, was inspired by her devotion to her grandfather, reinforcing our collective commitment to treating each staff member and client as part of our extended family.
Co-ordinator
Natasha, our dedicated Coordinator, brings vast experience both in the industry and within her own family, giving her a deep understanding of care. She expertly manages staff schedules while ensuring the unique needs of our service users are met. Her flexibility and commitment make her an invaluable part of our team.
